Credit Voting

• • 1 credit = 1 vote for any baby
• • Available in various bundle sizes
• • Multiple ways to earn credits free

Vote Purchase Refund Policy

• • Unused votes/credits: Full refund within 3 days of purchase or before the competition ends, whichever comes first
• • Partially used: Refund for unused portion only within the same window
• • Used votes/credits: Non-refundable under any circumstances once applied
• • Technical issues: Full refund if votes fail to register due to our error
• • After 3 days or competition end: No refunds for any reason

Prize Payment & Taxes

• • Tax Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes
• • 1099 Forms: IRS Form 1099-MISC issued for prizes exceeding $600 annually
• • Verification Required: Winners must verify identity before prize payment
• • Verification Failure: If verification fails or is refused, prize may be forfeited
• • Announcement & Payment: Winners announced and paid simultaneously within 14 days of contest close (after vote audit)
• • Tie-Breaking: If two entries have identical audited vote totals, ties are resolved by: (1) which entry received its first valid vote earliest; (2) which entry was submitted earliest; (3) Company's sole discretion. Tie decisions are final and non-appealable.
• • Official Time: All contest deadlines use Eastern Time (ET) as determined by Platform servers — not your device clock.

Force Majeure & Contest Modification

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify contests due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, technical failures, fraud, or other events that compromise contest integrity. In such cases, we may award prizes based on entries received or provide alternative compensation at our sole discretion. No liability for contest cancellation or modification.

Photo Visibility & Privacy
