- Additional verification for authorized agents
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30-45 days). Complex requests may require up to 90 days with notice.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not be denied goods or services, charged different prices, or provided a different level of service.
Note: Some requests may require us to delete your account or limit functionality. We will clearly explain any impacts before processing your request.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Binding Arbitration: Any disputes regarding privacy rights requests or data handling are subject to the mandatory binding arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
30-Day Opt-Out: New users may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to info@babyofthemonth.org within 30 days of first using our Platform.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
